May Business Networking Sundowner with Coral Coast Beef at the Naked Butcher, Mundaring
Our May Networking Sundowner was co-hosted by Chamber member Coral Coast Beef and the Naked Butcher, Mundaring. We were treated to a fantastic, informative evening including a demonstration of a hind quarter breakdown by Gary Hines, the Naked Butcher, and some delicious samples of the exquisite beef produced by Coral Coast Beef.
Coral Coast Beef raise their stock on the pastures of the Home Farm at Dongara, where the unique climate of Australia’s Coral Coast brings fresh, clean, unpolluted air and reliable rainfall directly from the Indian Ocean. Here, underground limestone aquifers are replenished annually by summer and winter rains enabling clean secure storage of mineral-rich fresh water.
Established annual and perennial grasses thrive and mild winters promote early animal development after calving. Coral Coast Beef ‘guarantee’ that the beef you purchase from them is raised entirely on annual and perennial grasses and is free from hormones, antibiotics and managed in a sustainable, low stress farming system.

We certainly had a wonderful evening sampling the delicious beef, while networking with other local businesses. It was great to see both members and non-members at this event and we look forward to our next sundowner at Bees Neez Apiaries in June.
