When it comes to tasty adventures and enjoying the pure, natural flavours of life, there’s a hidden gem right in Mundaring that’s ready to take you on a real journey.

The Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market isn’t your run-of-the-mill market; it’s a laid-back tapestry of local, homegrown fruits and vegetables, seasonal delights, and some genuine connections between our farmers and the local community. It’s a chance to dive headfirst into the rich bounty of the region, give our local farmers a boost, and enjoy a shopping experience like no other.

1. Taste Real Flavours and Freshness

At the Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market, you can taste the freshest and most flavourful produce available.

Unlike items you’ll find in supermarkets that may have travelled long distances, the produce found at our market is as fresh as it gets, with fruits and vegetables ripening in the paddock and brought directly to the market.

The result is an explosion of authentic, natural flavours that will make your taste buds sing.

2. Seasonal Eating and Nature Connection

Embrace the changing seasons and reconnect with nature by attending the Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market.

The food you’ll find is always in sync with the seasons, offering a unique opportunity to savour the truest flavours. Shopping and cooking from our market helps you to connect with the cycles of nature found within the Mundaring Hills.

3. Support Local Family Farmers

Small family farmers need your support now more than ever.

When you visit the Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market, you’re not just shopping; you’re making a real difference in the lives of our dedicated farmers. Your support empowers them to bring their farm-fresh, restaurant-quality produce directly to you, right after it’s harvested.

By doing so, you play a vital role in preserving the essence of local farming and ensuring a sustainable, diverse food supply.

4. Fresh and Healthy Organic Produce

Farmers markets have gained popularity due to a demand for fresh, locally-grown ingredients.

The produce you find at our market is personally grown by local farmers using natural and organic methods, making it healthier for both you and the environment.

5. Wider Choice of Products and Product Specialisation

Our market offers a wider variety of fruits and vegetables, including unique and exotic varieties you might not find in supermarkets.

The Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market also provide opportunities to explore special kinds of produce and artisanal items, making it an exciting and diverse shopping experience.

Summary

The Mundaring Garden and Farmers Market isn’t just a place to shop; it’s a laid-back celebration of the good things in life, a nod to our local farmers, and a reminder that the freshest, healthiest food is right in our own backyard.

By making your way over to our market, you’re not just loading up your shopping bag with high-quality, locally-grown food; you’re also giving a hand to our local farming crew and savouring a community and sustainable food experience.

So, what are you waiting for?

What is Disc Golf

Disc Golf is played like traditional golf.

However, instead of hitting a ball with a club, players throw a disc from the tee pad to a metal basket. The aim of the game is to complete each hole in the fewest throws possible. The player with the lowest score for the course wins.

WTDGC is WFDF’s premier disc golf event and sees teams of up to 12 playing disc golf for their country in team and individual match play formats. WTDGC 2024 will be the fifth iteration of the biannual championship, with the first event held in Vancouver, Canada in 2016 with 6 countries taking part, and the most recent event in Croatia last year with 25 national teams.
